Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination Shoots?

Yes, I can travel for destination shoots however these need to be booked in advance and this will incur additional travel costs.

3. Do you offer wedding packages?

I don’t offer full-day wedding coverage at the moment, as my focus is on lifestyle and branding.


However, if you are planning a small, intimate ceremony or a "micro-wedding" and want a few hours of candid storytelling, I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good fit.

4. Can I choose the images myself?

Absolutely. I’ll upload the best shots from our session to a proofing gallery. From there, you can select the images included in your package.


If you find more than you expected, you’ll have the option to purchase additional digital files.

2. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I specialise in high-resolution digital files. Every package includes a curated selection of professionally edited images delivered via a private online gallery. This gives you the freedom to share them instantly and the flexibility to print them whenever and wherever you like.

5. How long until I receive the final photos?

I process all sessions in the order they were captured. You will receive your professionally edited gallery within 6-8 weeks, though they are often ready sooner. This allows me to give every image the creative care it deserves.

7. What should I/We wear?

Wear what makes you feel like you.


For families, I suggest choosing a color palette and coordinating rather than perfectly matching. Neutral tones and textures always photograph beautifully.


For branding, choose outfits that reflect your work day. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident!

8. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling policy:

Life happens! You can reschedule your session for free with at least 48 hours' notice. For changes made within 48 hours of our shoot, a £25 fee may apply to secure a new slot.


Cancellations:

Because I reserve time specifically for you, all bookings include a 25% non-refundable fee. If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, you'll receive a 75% refund. Within 48 hours, 50% of the total fee is retained.


Weather:

If the weather is "un-shootable" for an outdoor session, we’ll make the call on the morning of the shoot and reschedule you at no extra cost.

6. How much are additional images?

Additional images are just £15 each.
